1. General Policy
At California Prime Food LLC, we take immense pride in the quality and freshness of our products, including fried snacks, nuts, lavashaks, and similar edible items. Due to the perishable nature of these goods and in adherence to federal and state food safety regulations, all sales made through our platform are considered final. Accordingly, no returns, refunds, or exchanges shall be permitted once an order has been processed and dispatched.
2. Food Safety Compliance
In compliance with strict health and hygiene standards, the Company is prohibited from accepting any returned food products. Accepting edible goods once they have left our facility would constitute a violation of established food safety protocols and could compromise the integrity and safety of our operations. For this reason, California Prime Food LLC maintains a zero-return policy on all food items without exception.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event that a shipment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Customers must notify the Company within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Claims must include the order number and verifiable photographic evidence of the issue. Such claims shall be submitted via email to help@goaldees.com.
Upon verification, and at the sole discretion of the Company, a replacement order or store credit may be issued as a gesture of goodwill. The determination of California Prime Food LLC in such matters shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds or replacements will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:
- Change of mind or cancellation requests after order confirmation.
- Dissatisfaction based on individual taste, flavor, or texture preferences.
- Delays or non-delivery resulting from courier issues, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.
- Items that have been opened, tampered with, or partially consumed after delivery.
