What Gaz Tastes Like

Soft and chewy rather than hard or brittle, somewhere between nougat and marshmallow, with a clean floral note from rose water and whole pistachios through every piece. At 28% pistachio there is nut in every bite rather than the occasional one.

Storage

Keep it in a cool, dry place and the pieces stay soft for months. Do not refrigerate. Cold firms up the glucose and turns soft gaz hard and chalky, and humidity makes it sticky. A cupboard away from the stove is ideal.
